"Owls of Lake County" - naturally, St. James OWLs have much to learn about their counterparts! Throughout the year, eight different species of owl live in, or migrate to, Lake County. Explore their natural history and unique adaptations. This program promises to be fun and is offered by the Lake County Forest Preserves.

"Family Christmas Traditions" featuring a lesson in lefse making by Shelly Holmstrom. Come learn more about this traditional Norwegian "delicacy", eaten by many Scandinavian-Americans primarily around Thanksgiving and Christmas. Also join in a, "Name That Tune" game involving music from the Season.
